Store, Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
Terms for purchases through the Biblical Nation Store.
Effective August 14, 2026Orders and payment
Prices, taxes, shipping, availability, and the supported mission allocation are displayed at checkout. An order is accepted only after confirmed payment. Biblical Nation may cancel and refund orders affected by inventory, pricing, fraud, or fulfillment errors.
Shipping
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Customers are responsible for accurate delivery information and any duties disclosed as their responsibility. Risk and remedies for lost or damaged shipments depend on the product and fulfillment provider.
Returns
Unless a product page states otherwise, contact the Help Desk within 30 days of delivery before returning an unused physical item. Personalized, digital, perishable, final-sale, or hygiene-sensitive items may be nonreturnable where permitted by law.
Refunds
Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Shipping charges and supported-mission allocations may be nonrefundable once fulfillment or distribution has occurred, except where law requires otherwise. Defective, damaged, incorrect, or legally cancellable orders will receive the remedies required by applicable law.
Mission support
Product pages may describe how proceeds support a ministry or mission. These descriptions are informational and purchases are not tax-deductible donations unless an eligible organization expressly provides a compliant receipt.
