How Biblical Nation collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information.

We collect account and profile information, usernames, contact details, content and messages you submit, ministry and event information, payment and transaction references, support communications, moderation records, device and log data, cookies, IP-derived security information, and optional verification status. Stripe Identity receives identity documents directly; Biblical Nation stores only limited session references, status, type, and dates.
How information is used
We use information to operate accounts and community features, deliver messages and notifications, process payments, provide support, verify trust signals, personalize content, secure the service, prevent abuse, enforce policies, maintain records, and comply with law.
Sharing
Information is shared with other members according to your privacy choices; with service providers such as hosting, email, security, storage, and payment vendors; with page administrators where needed to manage a page; during a business reorganization; or when reasonably required for safety, legal process, fraud prevention, or policy enforcement. We do not sell identity-verification documents.
Public information
Public profiles, pages, posts, comments, blogs, events, and media may be indexed, copied, or reshared by others. Privacy settings reduce platform visibility but cannot recall copies already shared.
Retention
We retain information while an account is active and as reasonably needed for security, disputes, financial records, legal compliance, backups, and enforcement. Removed content and chat records may be preserved for safety, moderation, or lawful investigations.
Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit, hashed credentials, administrative authentication, logging, and other safeguards. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may edit profile visibility, search discovery, connections, messages, and read receipts. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion through the Help Desk. Some information may be retained where law, safety, fraud prevention, or financial-record obligations require it.
Children
Biblical Nation is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly permit their accounts. Contact the Help Desk if you believe a child under 13 has provided information.
International use and changes
Information may be processed where Biblical Nation and its providers operate. We will post material policy changes and update the effective date.
